Refrigerator Drawer Slide Dropdown- RDSDD

Refrigerator Drawer Slide Dropdown
Description:
This project is a custom-built dropdown drawer slide designed for a refrigerator in the bed of our 2011 Toyota Tacoma, where we’ve installed two drawers for storing camping gear. The right drawer is shorter in height and serves as the platform for our Euhomy refrigerator.
Initially, we built a 30" horizontal drawer slide to allow the fridge to extend outward. However, through trial and error, we discovered that accessing the fridge contents at that height was difficult. To solve this, we designed an articulating dropdown mechanism that lowers the refrigerator to a more accessible height.
The system features a rotating front handle that assists in pulling the slide out horizontally and rotates away when stowing the refrigerator. We've also updated the mounting system to make installation and removal easier. It includes three sets of guide bearings, which help stabilize the refrigerator during movement and improve overall operation.

Toyota Tacoma Bed Drawer Slide System

Drawer Slides
Description:
These drawer slides were built to optimize bed space and organize gear for quick and easy access while on the trail or set up at camp. The slides utilize a 500 pound drawer slide rail and have segmented compartments to isolate gear and add stability. The drawer structure and drawer enclosure are made of wood. There are steel stiffeners located throughout the design to better enhance the rigidity. The drawers are modular and can be modified or tailored. The finish is a thick protective bedliner coat that was brushed on.
Removal and install:
The entire drawer slide system is easily installed and removed via 4 fasteners anchored to our NCO custom bed anchors. The top lids are easily removed to maintenance and access to anchor bolts.
Overall weight is roughly 100lbs (for the build with 2 slides)
2005-present Toyota Tacoma rear Differential Skid Plate
Project name: Differential Armor
Description:
This is a skid plate for the rear differential for a 2005- present Toyota Tacoma.
This design is a lightweight alternative to some of the more heavy duty skid plates available.
The design clamshells around the rear axle, underneath the factory brake lines.
The rear lower differential drain plug is still accessible for routine maintenance.
Material:
The steel thickness is 3/16" and it is finished using either bedliner, paint, or POR15.
Provide protection for your differential without the weight or cost.

Custom Coil Bracket

Land Rover Custom Coil bracket
Description:
This is a custom coil bracket for a 1989 Land Rover Defender. The bracket is intended to replace the factory bracket and accommodate an aftermarket coil, in this case a Holly EFI Hyperspark.

Install:
This bracket utilizes the factory bolt holes for both upper and lower connections. Simply reuse existing M6 hardware for lower connection. Upper connection utilizes (2) newly supplied M6 x 16MM carriage bolts. Coil hardware is not included.
Propane Tank bracket

Description:
This is a universal mini propane tank mount. Mounting brackets can mount to factory bed rails, bed racks, etc. The bracket has two levels of adjustment. A slotted hole on either side provides access for a mounting strap with a max strap width of 1.25".

Installation:
There are (4) 1/4"-20 bolts that fasten the mounts to the bracket and (2) 3/8" bolts that fasten the entire assembly to your vehicle or trailer.

Description:
This is a Custom Design project for a client. The client wanted an animation that demonstrated how these parts interacted with one another for advertisement and promotional purposes.

2005-present Toyota Tacoma Bed stiffener

Bed Stiffener
Description:
This is a project where we designed a bed stiffener for a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD OR.
Bed stiffeners are ideal for overlanding or driving off road with a loaded bed and or a rooftop tent combination. These stiffeners help alleviate bed flex and possible damage to the bed and its connection with the frame.

2019 Chevy Colorado Headache bar
Project name:
Head Ache Bar
Description:
This is a project where we designed a "head ache bar" for a 2019 Chevy Colorado.
4 x 4 x 3/16" square tubing was used and fabricated in an arching design which included taps for additional KC off road spot lights. This design was not intended to be used as a roll bar or protection in case of a vehicle accident. The bar
was later painted using traditional methods commonly known as "rattle can".
