2011 Toyota Tacoma Bed Stiffeners

This is a project where we designed a bed stiffener for a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD OR.

The idea behind the bed stiffener is it reduces flex in the bed. Most important when carrying weight such as a canopy, overlanding rack, or a canopy/rack and roof top tent. Bed flex can lead to damage. In some cases factory welds can crack.
